3. Product Listings, Pricing, and Bidding

• Product Catalog: We offer curated products across multiple categories, including Men & Women Clothing & Fashion, Outwear & Jackets, Kitchen, Household Appliances, Bakery & Bread, Body Fitness, Paper & Plastic, Western & Fusion Wear, and more.

• Pricing & Currency: Prices listed on our website are primarily in Taka (৳), though multiple global currencies are supported for viewing. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

• Bid For Product: For specific items available through our bidding/auction system, users may submit their desired bid price. Once a bid is placed and accepted, it represents a commitment to purchase the product at the submitted price.

4. Multi-Vendor Marketplace (Seller Zone)

4S Fashion & Accessories acts as a multi-vendor platform.

• Independent sellers can join the platform by visiting the Become A Seller registration page.

• Registered merchants can manage their storefronts through the designated Login to Seller Panel portal.

• While we strive to maintain the highest quality standards, individual sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their inventory, fulfilling orders, and handling certain support inquiries.

5. Account Deletion Policy

If you choose to permanently close your account, you may use the Delete Your Account function inside your user panel. Please carefully note the following conditions:

• Irreversible Action: Warning—you cannot undo an account deletion once processed.

• System Process: The deletion process may take some time. You must not click any buttons or perform any additional actions on the dashboard while account deletion is processing.

• Loss of Classified Products: If you created any classified products, those products will be permanently removed and will no longer exist in our system.

• Forfeiture of Wallet Balance: After deleting your account, any remaining wallet balances will be permanently lost and cannot be retrieved.

6. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.

• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, or laws.
